First time buying our products? We’d like you to be a return customer. So if you are a first time customer, and the Trove product you received doesn’t meet your expectations, you can send it back. Just make sure it is received by us within 30 days of delivery, and we will be happy to exchange it, or refund your purchase in full. No questions asked.
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible, but in no more than 30 days from the date of delivery, and we will help you arrange for return of the damaged product and prompt replacement of the same item.
For all other refunds and exchanges, you have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging, in the same condition that you received it, and received by us within 30 days of delivery. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase as well as your contact information.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-3 business days. You should receive the credit within 7-14 days, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.
Except in the case of returns by first time Trove customers or returns of damaged or defective products, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable, so the original shipping/delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.
